One or two undervalued microcaps in your inbox every week.
microcapai is an independent research newsletter. Each issue covers small listed companies that look cheap against their latest SEC filings, with the numbers, the catalyst, and the risks laid out so you can check the work yourself.
What lands in your inbox
A short list, not a firehose
One or two companies per issue. Microcaps are easy to overlook and easy to overpay for, so each pick gets room to be explained properly.
Numbers from the filings
Valuation is built from the company’s most recent SEC filings: balance sheet, earnings, cash flow, and share count. You get the figures and where they came from.
The story behind the price
Recent news, market trends, and insider or buyback activity, so you can see why a stock is cheap and what might change that.
The risks, stated plainly
Every pick includes what could go wrong. A low price can be a bargain or a warning, and the issue says which signs point which way.
How each pick is chosen
Screen
Scan listed microcaps for low valuations against book value, earnings, and cash.
Read the filings
Go through the latest 10-Q or 10-K to check that the cheapness is real and not an accounting artifact.
Check the context
Look at news, sector trends, debt, liquidity, and who is buying or selling the shares.
Write it up
Send the pick with its evidence, its risks, and links so you can verify everything.
